I think at first I thought all these programs included starving yourself or taking pills and potions to shed your unwanted fat. And I knew that was not for me as I have tried before and it never worked for me. But to my surprise this was not always the case. Because we are all made up differently we all cope differently that is why one diet may work for one person and another diet works better for the other.
